What is it about ?
The Youth Gender Advocacy Fellowship is designed to equip youths in Osnabrück (Niedersachsen) and surrounding towns with the knowledge, skills, and platforms needed to actively engage in both global and local gender equality advocacy. The fellowship will provide education on existing gender equality instruments, equip youth with practical advocacy tools and ensure that their perspectives are integrated into efforts to address gender inequality at the local and international level, fostering a sense of agency and civic responsibility.
What should you expect ?
Join a hybrid 7-month program where you’ll:
✅ Learn about global and regional gender equality frameworks and engage with their monitoring frameworks.
✅ Build research & advocacy skills.
✅ Analyze local gender equality policies and give recommendations.
✅ Lead youth-driven advocacy campaigns & events
