At BreachBuilders, we want our work to be grounded in evidence and lived realities. As a research assistant, you'll dig into the questions that shape how we design our programmes and how we make the case for youth participation in decision-making.
Desk review existing literature and reports on youth engagement, participation, and civic decision-making.
Map and compare engagement formats, what works, for whom, and why.
Gather and analyse data using various formats e.g surveys.
Write a clear and accessible report compiling the findings.
Translate the insights into practical recommendations for our programme and advocacy teams.
All roles are 10 hours per week and compensated under the German Ehrenamtspauschale (up to €960/year, tax-free). Compensation is subject to the availability of project funding.
