The work

Your first and main focus: building the go-to-market strategy for our Climate Diversity Game Cards, a ready-to-launch product that needs the right people to know it exists. We've built something we believe in, a game that connects young people to climate and diversity in a hands-on, engaging way. Now we need someone to take it to the world. You'll design the launch strategy, identify the right audiences, build the partnerships, and make noise in the places that matter.

Your responsibilities

Build a go-to-market strategy for the Climate Diversity Game Cards

Write press releases and pitch stories to journalists, bloggers, and media outlets covering education, climate, and youth.

Identify and reach out to the target audiences to distribute, recommend, or co-promote the cards.

Plan a launch climate diversity game cards campaign

Develop marketing materials for different audiences

Track reach, distribution, and press coverage, and use that to continuously improve the strategy.

You might be a good fit if…

  • Have an interest in campaigns, product launches, or go-to-market strategy — experience welcome but not required.
  • Are comfortable with outreach, pitching to press, emailing partners, starting conversations.
  • Can adapt your message for very different audiences.
  • Are energised by the challenge of taking something from zero to visible.
  • Care about climate, diversity, and youth education; this will come through in your work.

All roles are 10 hours per week and compensated under the German Ehrenamtspauschale (up to €960/year, tax-free). Compensation is subject to the availability of project funding.
