The work
You'll build on BreachBuilders' 5-year strategy plan, using it as the foundation to inform and shape a funding strategy that is coherent, ambitious, and aligned with the organisation’s vision. You'll build a clear picture of the funding landscape, identify the right partners, and help shape a strategy that keeps BreachBuilders resourced, resilient, and true to its values.
Your responsibilities

Map the funding landscape: identifying foundations, institutions, public bodies, and private donors whose priorities genuinely align with BreachBuilders' mission and values.

Build a typology of funding opportunities categorised by type, size, cycle, requirements, and fit.

Track funding dynamics and trends to stay updated on shifts in donor priorities, new programmes, and emerging opportunities

Lead the development of a funding strategy rooted in BB's 5-year plan.

Map and nurture key stakeholder relationships.

Support the preparation of funding applications and reports.

All roles are 10 hours per week and compensated under the German Ehrenamtspauschale (up to €960/year, tax-free). Compensation is subject to the availability of project funding.
